Returns

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returned items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all tags attached.

To ensure a smooth return process, please have your original receipt or proof of purchase readily available.

Initiating a Return

We'll review your request and provide clear instructions on how to return the product. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking information for peace of mind.

Returns sent back without prior authorization via email or WhatsApp will not be accepted.

Important Exceptions

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used or opened skincare products.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds
